We will be releasing our new online registration, data management, and communication system in phases over the next week. This first release includes the payment balance that will allow you to log into your account and make payment(s).

Your login credentials will be the same that you used in our previous system, you can also request to have your password emailed to you if you are having trouble remembering.

Once you have registered your player and accepted their spot online, you need to turn in multiple documents to your Team Admin to complete their team registration.

1. One 1"x1" color photos of your player (head shot)
2. COPY - player Birth Certificate or U.S. passport
3. USYSA Membership Form
4. US Club Registration Form This form can also be printed from your online player registration account. Log in and update your family information and chose to print your players US Club form.
5. Medical Form, notarized – form MUST BE NOTARIZED - there will NOT be a notary at the drop in dates.
6. MOSSL Parent Code of Conduct - for teams playing in MOSSL this form must be signed by a parent for each player prior to carding

Welcome to the Crew Juniors online uniform ordering process. The 2011-2012 kits will all be MLS gear with some specific Crew Junior branded adidas pieces included. Returning players will be required to order a new home and away jersey.

Please email Dawn Marielli, the Uniform Coordinator at jimmydawn5@aol.com after you place your order to be sure that your requested jersey number is available. Please indicate the player’s name and the team your player is on in your correspondence.

*Uniform pick-up is at Crew Stadium Wed-Fri, 9am-5pm.
