Individuals-
Players ready to move up from a recreational program to a higher level of play may sign up individually to be placed on an existing team or to be added to a newly formed team that will play in the Ohio Champions League. These teams will have a parent coach with regular skill development trainings run by our professional coaching staff.
Teams-
Established teams that are ready to move up from a recreational program to play in a middle-tier or select soccer program may register as a team to play in the Ohio Champions League (OCL) or the Mid Ohio Select Soccer League (MOSSL). The team may be a group of former teammates, friends or neighbors who would like to play together in a league with a parent-coach with regular professional skill development trainings run by our professional coaching staff.

Benefits of playing in OCL through Crew Juniors Worthington:
- Open registration - While coaches can put their own teams together, individual players are encouraged to register and will be placed with a team.
- Low Cost – For fall 2011 and spring 2012, Worthington players can join a team playing in Ohio Champions League for $320 per year (includes fall and spring) or $175 for one season.
- Good Competition – Ohio Champions League provides a good level of competition for teams and players that have outgrown the level of play offered by Recreational leagues.
- Flexible Scheduling – Coaches work together to create a game schedule that will work for their team. This can include as few as 8 games per season or as many as 10, at times and dates selected by the coach.
- Tournament Carding – Ohio Champions League is a US Club league. This means players are registered on competitive teams and can therefore play in competitive US CLUB sanctioned tournaments for no additional carding fee.
- Seeded League Tournament – Teams will be seeded in the league tournament at the end of each season. This ensures that each season will conclude with a competitive event where teams can expect close games.
- Professional Coaching – As part of our program, teams will receive four trainings run by the Crew Juniors Worthington professional coaching staff. These trainings are run during the preseason (August and March) and teams can select one of our extremely experienced staff coaches.
- Neighborhood Teams Welcome – Teams that have played together in previous years and want to stay together with their parent coach(es) are encouraged to do so. Teams and players do not attend a tryout to join a CJW-OCL team.
- Coaching Education – The coaches of Worthington Crew Junior OCL teams will be invited to attend multiple coaching education events to be hosted by the Worthington Crew Junior player development staff. This allows coaches direct access to one of the most progressive and successful player development programs in the nation.

Registration Information
- Registration will open October 1 for the Spring season.
- Coaches of teams from previous years that wish to remain together should e-mail Tyler Thompson to receive a team registration form. All players on the previously formed teams will also need to register on the website individually.
- Please keep in mind that new players will need to purchase a uniform at a cost of approximately $40.
